Privacy Policy

ListFurther ("we", "us") is a tool that helps sellers create and manage listings across supported marketplaces from one dashboard. This policy explains what data we handle and why.

What we store

Account details: your email address and profile information you provide.
Listings you create: titles, descriptions, prices, categories and photos you upload.
Marketplace connections: when you connect eBay or Etsy we store OAuth tokens securely so we can sync on your behalf. We never store your marketplace password.
Messages: marketplace buyer messages you choose to sync into ListFurther.
Usage data: the actions you take (for example listings created) so plan limits can be applied.

How we use it

To provide the listing, inventory, messaging and price-check features.
To sync with marketplaces you have explicitly connected.
To apply membership plan limits and prevent abuse.
To improve the product (aggregate, non-identifying usage).

AI features

If you use AI photo analysis, your uploaded photos are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate a listing draft. Do not upload images containing personal data you do not want processed this way.

Third-party marketplaces

eBay and Etsy are independent third parties. When you connect them, their own terms and privacy policies apply to your activity on those platforms. ListFurther is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay or Etsy; all marketplace trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Your rights

You can disconnect a marketplace at any time from your Account page, which stops further syncing. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service.
