The service

ListFurther provides tools to create listings, manage inventory, view marketplace messages and check prices across supported marketplaces (currently eBay and Etsy). Features may change as the product develops.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the listings you create.
• You remain responsible for complying with the terms of any marketplace you connect or sell on.
• You must not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to infringe others' rights.

Marketplace independence

ListFurther is an independent tool. We are not an official partner of, affiliated with, or endorsed by eBay, Etsy or any other marketplace. All marketplace names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We do not guarantee sales, listing visibility, or any commercial outcome.

Membership and billing

Some features may be offered under paid plans. Paid billing is being introduced and will be clearly communicated before any charge is made. Until then, no payment is taken. Plan limits and pricing are shown in the app and may change with notice.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListFurther is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or issues arising from third-party marketplaces or services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
